Sulphites: 37 mg/litre (maximum total sulfur dioxide content by law – regulation (EC) no. 606/2009 -; 150 mg/litre for red wines and 200 mg/litre for white wines).
Harvest: manual in 18 kg boxes.
The grape harvest took place on 10/09/22.
Start of fermentation of the must on 11/09/22, at a temperature of 20° C.
Bottled with natural residual sugars (38 mg/l) on 09/16/2022.
6 month secondary fermentation.
Verticalization on pupitres for 7 months.
Manual disgorgement.
Service: 6-8° C
Pairings: Aperitifs, starters, fish first courses, white meats and fish. Due to its characteristics, the wine can also be tasted in combination with desserts.
